Cancel Policy

Orders may be cancelled only if a tracking number has not yet been generated and no later than 12 hours after the order is placed.

Once a tracking number is created or 12 hours have passed, the order enters shipping processing and cannot be cancelled, regardless of the time since purchase.

Return Policy

If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can e-mail to support@ttaesthetic.com to request a RETURN or EXCHANGE within 14 days.

If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 5 business days for us to process the refund. The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment.
