Cloris Wong- Founder of TTAesthetic

After graduating from university in 2012, Cloris Wong has worked as a customer service representative in a clothing manufacturer that OEMs clothes for customers on Alibaba.

With many inquiries about different designs with less minimum order quantities, she started thinking that B2C will be the future. With the rise in popularity of the internet, customers can reach factories and buy things from factories at much cheaper prices without multiple traders and distributors.

She left the company at the beginning of the year 2014 and went into a B2C company which runs an online store that offers fashion casual clothing, shoes. She worked as a social platforms marketing representative and connected with many Tumblr and Instagram users.

Some of them told Cloris that they like Korean fashion and Japanese fashion, they want to buy cute clothings from Korean online stores and jp mercari but they have to pay in Korean currency and Japanese currency. Even though the purchasing process is too complicated , they are still willing to do that because they really like them.

Cloris suggested the company work with factories who can produce Korean fashion and Japanese fashion clothes.The company took her suggestion and added Asian fashion clothing lines, the Korean fashion and Japanese fashion clothes were really popular. They are cute and affordable outfits with high quality, perfect fit for students.

Cloris liked working in the company and she worked in the company for 10 years. Talking with Tumblr, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok influencers and other users was her daily job. She also helps to search outfit ideas and find quality factory suppliers because she can keep an eye on different social platforms and she worked for a clothing factory before.

Cloris thought she could always do the job and work for the company forever, but things changed because of the company transformation. Her boss thought because shopify, temu, tiktok shops are popular, the clothing store is facing an increasingly competitive market. The profit is very less, he would like to close clothing stores and concentrate on furniture stores.

Her boss gave her 2 suggestions, she can continue to work for the company and change to assist furniture stores running or open her own clothing store.

Cloris really likes cute clothings and she remembers many Tumblr, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok users told her that they find it hard to find quality asian fashion stores, and they are tired of drop shipping stores and cheap but bad quality clothings.

She thought it was time to open her own clothing store, she told this to her friends, they support her and one of her friends, Frank, wants to partner with her. 
They have the same vision, quality and customer comes first, then everything will go well.

So they started TTAesthetic, to provide the latest aesthetic merch that Tumblr, TikTok and other internet users like.

The store is new online, but they are more than experienced in this market.
