Cancel Policy

Once a tracking number is created or 12 hours have passed, the order enters shipping processing and cannot be cancelled, regardless of the time since purchase.

If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can e-mail to support@ttaesthetic.com to request a RETURN or EXCHANGE within 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.

The material is good. I love the design... but how could you misspell World Tour 2026... 😅 You missed "d" in the word, "World." I wear medium. Sometimes, I could wear smalls as well, but I felt this was just a tad tight. I ended up ordering another one in large and kept this one. It's too much trouble to return and the seller gave me a courtesy discount. Wishing you the best, the seller's company and safe tours to BTS

This shirt is made of good material, but how they missed the "d" in the wording "World Tour" continues to bother me. I think they tend to run slightly small in general, but I love the visual design. I would say the color is more like creamy yellow. When I saw the color described as "natural," I thought it would be closer to linen, but this is closer to yellow. I hope this is helpful for those who plan to buy one.

Nice quality t-shirt. Didn't realise the letter D is missing off the 1st word though (World says Worl on the t-shirt) and says JimiV instead of JimiN, which is not great and should be rectified.
